Jan started practicing yoga in 1999 and has been teaching since 2007. He has studied over 1,500 hours of yoga and meditation and his classes are based on a continuum of movement and expression. Jan is also a clinical nutritionist and lifestyle coach. Jan draws his inspiration for all his expertises from hatha, Buddhist teachings, mindfulness, and somatic movement systems.
